Our company is all about keeping food safe for consumers. Our director, Dr Amita Bernardi is a skilled professional who has extensive knowledge in food safety matters and has previously worked in product development, quality assurance, and regulatory environment. She has a Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Food Science and a PhD in Food Science. During her time in the regulatory environment, she specialised in meat, poultry, seafood and pet meat providing businesses with sound food safety advice. Her expertise extends to food safety audits as she was responsible for the third-party auditing program within a regulatory agency.
